A Skydeck Celebration at the Hyatt Regency Clearwater

Jessica & Chris’s Clearwater Wedding

How Last-Minute this Wedding was

At noon, I got a call asking if I was available for a 3:30 wedding. Sometimes that is just how wedding days go. I quickly packed my gear, got ready, and headed to the Hyatt Regency in Clearwater to capture the day.

A Blended Family Celebration

This was a second marriage for both the bride and groom. He has two sons and she has four sons, so this wedding was a true family moment. They were surrounded by about 100 friends and loved ones who came ready to celebrate their new beginning together.

Skydeck Ceremony With Gulf Views

The ceremony took place on the Skydeck overlooking the bright blue water. The weather was perfect, and the view made such a stunning backdrop to their vows.

Sunset Beach Portraits

After the ceremony, we went down to the beach for portraits. The timing lined up perfectly with sunset and created the most beautiful golden light for photos and videos.

Cocktail Hour Outdoors, Reception Indoors

Guests enjoyed cocktail hour outside before heading inside for a fun reception. They had their favorite music playing all night, never left the dance floor, and even included both a bouquet toss and garter toss which always brings out the laughs.

A Perfect Surprise of a Wedding Day

This wedding may have started as a spontaneous call, but I am so glad I was able to be there. Blended families, beautiful views, and a whole lot of joy made this day one to remember.
